Outlook upload crashes on particular folder

I've been able to upload a sub folder, and scrub it, but my main folder crashes every time I try and upload it. I assume there is a special character of some sort that is causing an issue. Is there a way to see what contact it was working on when it crashed?

Hi Jay,

Thanks for your support note. And, sorry for the difficulty with Scrubly. It would be a big help if you could provide us with the following:
1. Scrubly log files. You can send these from the Scrubly client running on your PC. From the menu select Scrub > Send My Logs.
2. A copy of your Outlook contacts. You can use the Export feature in Outlook to save a CSV file and then attach this file using this Forum's attachment feature.

Once we have these, we'll be able to analyze what is happening and get it resolved for you.

Thanks for your help with this, we really appreciate you using Scrubly!

Best,

Bob

I sent my logs, but I am not going to be able to send my contacts you are willing to sign a confidentiality agreement, and an NDR, which I'm going to assume you will not.

Using the logs, can you tell me which contact may be causing problems, or is there something I can do to determine which contact may be causing the issues?

Hi Jay,

Thanks for sending over the crash log. Unfortunately, this log does not tell us which contact caused the problem. Only having a copy of your contacts will allow us to sort through the issue.

I totally understand the importance of contact privacy. We take that issue very seriously. I'm happy to sign any NDA you would like to send over if it would help. I will also ensure that your contact file is deleted in full after analysis.

Again, our goal is to help resolve this issue for you and get your contacts cleaned up.

Thanks,

Bob
