it gives me this error: "there is no email progra associated to perform the requested action. Please install and email program, or if one is already installed, create an associtation, in the Defaults Program Control Panel"

Thanks Bob, yes I'm running outlook 2010 64-bit,with Win 7... I did as you said and still the same exact problem. It's telling me it's not finding outlook, giving me the same message, as the picture I sent... Please advice.

FYI - I stumbled on this because I'm having the same issue. I've followed the directions and it launched... at least I'm not having the same error as before. I'll let you know if it doesn't work.

I just downloaded Scrubly and am getting this same message, despite Outlook being my default client. Please advise. I am using Outlook 64 bit.
