Scrubly | Remove Duplicate Contacts

Mac address book - cannot upload comtacts

Hi there, downloaded the app a few hours ago, running Mac OS 10.6.8, turned off the sync with Mobile me. Restarted computer. iCloud doesnt exist and yet it still stays at 0% ...only to tell me in "Force Quit App" that Scrubly is not responding. I only have about 5000 contacts. Please help. what can I do to fix this?

Hi Devon,

Thanks for your support mail. So sorry about the issue with our Scrubly Mac app. It would be a huge help if we could receive the log files from Scrubly. To send these, open the Scrubly software client on your Mac and from the menu, select Upload My Logs.

Thanks Devon for your help with this. Once we have your logs we'll be able to figure out what is happening on your end.
