This program is JUNK. I have every damn Adobe program on 'puter and this "scrubly" piece of junk won't get past a window that says I need a flash player. I downloaded the latest flash player, rebooted and the same " you need flash player window!!" The whole thing is a waste of time

Thanks for your note, aside from the insults, we really do want to help you get Scrubly working for you. No doubt you were a bit frustrated, totally get it.
If you have already installed the latest version of Flash Player from here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. You can double check if it installed correctly here http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html.
Are you using Microsoft Internet Explorer as a browser? If so, it's possible that you do not have ActiveX installed as part of IE. Try using another browser such as Firefox http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/fx/.
If neither of these work, please provide the following so we can research the issue further on our end to get it working for you:
1. Browser name and version. Check this by going to the About screen.
2. Flash player version. Check this here http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ in the Version Information box.
3. Windows OS name and version
